Risk Disclosure

1. Educational Publication Only
Saxxy Futures is a general, impersonal educational futures publication operated by Graverholt Unlimited LLC, doing business as Saxxy Futures. Nothing on this site, in Telegram, in Discord, on Whop, or in any related publication is personalized financial, investment, commodity trading, legal, or tax advice.
2. Futures Trading Is High Risk
Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Futures contracts are leveraged instruments. A small adverse move can create a large loss relative to margin. You can lose more than your initial margin deposit.
3. No Recommendations Or Solicitation
Saxxy Futures posts general model outputs and market reads. Those posts are not recommendations, solicitations, offers, or instructions to buy, sell, hold, or liquidate any security, futures contract, commodity interest, or other financial instrument.
4. No Suitability Review
We do not know your account balance, margin, broker, financial condition, trading experience, objectives, tax situation, or risk tolerance. We cannot determine whether any call is suitable for you.
5. Past Performance And Examples
Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. Live examples, screenshots, backtests, simulated results, hypothetical results, illustrative message formats, and paper-trading records have limitations. They may not reflect liquidity, slippage, commissions, fees, latency, missed fills, platform outages, emotional decision-making, or other real-world factors.
6. Hypothetical / Simulated Performance
Where Saxxy Futures shows hypothetical, simulated, illustrative, or backtested performance, those examples are not actual trading records and are not guarantees. Hypothetical programs are designed with the benefit of hindsight and may overstate or understate the impact of market factors such as liquidity.
No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
7. Execution Risk
A channel post is not an order. Your broker may fill at a different price, reject an order, experience delays, or fail during volatile markets. Stops can slip. Markets can gap. A call may be stale by the time you read it.
8. Conflicts
The operator may hold positions in instruments discussed by the publication. Those positions may or may not align with a given model call at any moment. The operator trades for their own account.
9. No Managed Accounts Or Pooling
Saxxy Futures does not accept custody of customer funds, does not pool customer funds, does not place trades for subscribers, and does not manage subscriber accounts.
10. Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, position sizing, losses, tax consequences, and outcomes. If you cannot afford to lose the money at risk, do not trade.
