1. Operator

Saxxy Futures is a trade name / DBA of Graverholt Unlimited LLC, a Colorado limited liability company taxed as an S-Corp. In these terms, "Saxxy Futures," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Graverholt Unlimited LLC doing business as Saxxy Futures.

2. What Saxxy Futures Provides

Saxxy Futures is a bot-only educational futures publication. The publication may post general, impersonal market calls, model reads, entries, stops, targets, trail updates, and exits for CME micro futures such as /MES and /MNQ.

Content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not personalized financial, investment, commodity trading, legal, or tax advice.

3. No Advisory Relationship

Your access to Saxxy Futures does not create an investment adviser-client relationship, commodity trading adviser-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, broker relationship, or account-management relationship.

We do not know your financial situation, account balance, margin, broker, tax status, risk tolerance, objectives, experience, or suitability. We do not provide individualized advice, account-specific sizing, trade coaching, managed accounts, pooled investment vehicles, or copy-trading services.

4. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, order entry, position sizing, risk management, account losses, taxes, and outcomes. You should not trade any futures contract or other financial instrument unless you independently determine that doing so is appropriate for you.

5. Futures Risk

Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose more than your initial margin deposit. Leverage can work against you as well as for you. Past performance, live examples, hypothetical results, simulated results, and backtested results are not necessarily indicative of future results.

6. Access, Whop, And Payments

Saxxy Futures is currently in free beta. Paid access may later be offered through Whop or another access provider only after product copy, disclosures, and legal posture are reviewed. If paid access launches, payment and membership management may be handled by Whop and may be subject to Whop's own terms, fees, privacy practices, refunds, chargeback rules, and account requirements.

Any access fee, if introduced, will be for access to a general, impersonal publication. It will not buy personalized advice, trade sizing, account review, one-on-one support, managed trading, or guaranteed results.

We do not guarantee profitability, accuracy, uptime, channel availability, execution quality, fills, slippage, or that any call will remain current by the time you read it. Markets move quickly. Signals can be wrong. Stops can slip. Platforms can fail. You are responsible for those risks.

9. Conflicts

The operator may hold positions in instruments discussed by the publication. Those positions may or may not align with a given model call at any moment. The operator trades for their own account and may enter or exit positions before, during, or after publication posts.

10. Intellectual Property

The Saxxy Futures name, site, channel copy, message formats, graphics, and publication materials are owned by Graverholt Unlimited LLC or used with permission. You may not scrape, resell, repackage, redistribute, or represent Saxxy Futures content as your own.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site, Telegram channel, Discord server, Whop product, or any related publication after updates means you accept the updated terms.
